The City of Rochester, circa 1920

I'm starting to create statistics for the city of Rochester using the district/domain rules in Damnation City (Merits in Chapter 3, Details in Chapter 5).

The subway opened IRL in 1927 "after several construction delays": http://rocwiki.org/Abandoned_Subway
In the game's indeterminate time, the subway is currently under construction.

I will try to give each neighborhood quick stats as well as the outlying areas of Gates, Greece, Irondequoit and Brighton. That's 39 districts, so I may not get to all of them. Outside of the city is far more farmland than there is today, but the city itself has already seen a lot of development.
