No Man's Land

General Description

The worst of the worst inhabit this place. Even the most poor and desperate will aviod this area. A large amount of the violent death of the city happens here. What is here is not known by the normal person and to learn what is here you must explore the area yourself. Though every sort of vile act from canabalism to slavery is beleived to go on here.
From a safe distance the umbra appears to be a blasted wasteland with large obsidian castle visible from miles away. A small consolation to most garou is there are less banes to be seen here than in the rest of the inner city.
