City Hall

General Description

This center of the cities government agencies. This is where you can find the paper pushers who keep the city running, and their elected bosses. As well as many of the cities needed institutions.
The Umbra is a weaverscape. The web encases most of the buildings and is what most garou have come to expect in a cities umbra. Spiders and Octagonal spirits are most common though wyrmlings can be found without much looking.

Tammany Tower

A large tower that stands alone. Cultivated grounds kept immaculately clean surround the building. Many government agencies, companies, private interest groups, and politicians have offices here.
A giant weaver megalith open to the public. Weaver spirits are visible through out the hallways, working in a beautiful building bringing forth progress and a bright future.
