I am claiming the the subways of Rochester as the Fiefdom of Totenstadt in the name of the Nosferatu. In addition to all of the princes laws, the following laws are in affect:
There is to be no feeding on kine who claim sanctuary within Totenstadt.
No Kindred may travel through the subways without the approval of the Nosferatu.
No harm must come to any of the rats within Totenstadt.

I am adding to this claim to say that Totenstadt is my territory, and is to be safe haven for all Nosferatu that I deem acceptable. In addition to Kristoff's statement, I will state that any kindred within Totenstadt without my permission will be subject to sanctions as I feel appropriate. These sanctions will generally be considered unpleasant for the offending party.
This situation has been confirmed with Prince Walker, so if any of you don't like it; well too damn bad.
